Bonus terms

• Max bet: the highest stake allowed while a bonus is active
• Wagering: how much must be staked before bonus money can be withdrawn, here 35x within 30 days

• Contribution: how much of each stake counts for the rollover, depending on the game
• Cashback: a refund on net losses, at Crickex 10% paid weekly

Slot terms

A few more game words

The wild symbol replaces others in a combination. In demo mode you spin with play money, without risk. Hit frequency: how often a slot produces any win, which is closely linked to volatility. Landing enough scatters typically opens the bonus round.

Words from the cashier

These words appear whenever you deposit or withdraw. Timing, checks and limits are what they are about.

Payout window: 12 hours to 3 business days from request to payment. In review: the request is sent and waiting for approval. Verification (KYC): proving identity with documents before the first withdrawal.

Blockchain vocabulary

Network fee: what the network, not the casino, charges per transaction. Confirmations: blocks that validate a transfer before crediting. Blockchain network: the route a coin travels, and choosing the wrong one can lose the funds.

Stablecoin: a token tied to a fiat currency, which keeps price swings out. Transaction hash (TXID): the reference used to trace a payment on the blockchain. Wallet address: the string you send coins to, always pasted or scanned rather than typed.

Words about your account

A few terms relate to keeping your account safe and accessible. Understanding them helps you protect your account. The official Crickex site and its mirrors are described in a guide of their own.

Two-factor authentication: a code or app confirmation in addition to your password. Phishing: an attempt to steal login or payment details through fake sites or messages. Domain: the web address of the site, worth checking before every login.
