Playing at Crickex on your phone

Browser, Android, iPhone: getting Crickex on your phone in a few minutes.

Browser play

The site adapts automatically to the screen of any phone, whatever browser you use. No download is involved, so you can start in a minute. Menus, the cashier and the search bar are arranged for one-handed use.

Every game in the lobby is playable on mobile. The live casino works on mobile too, with video adapted to the screen. Sports betting, live markets included, works on the phone as well. Whatever you do on the phone is reflected on desktop and vice versa.

A home-screen shortcut makes it feel like an app. The shortcut option is in the browser menu. There is nothing to update, because the site is always the latest version. The complete Crickex review covers the desktop side as well.

App options by platform

For Android, the app comes as an APK file from the official site, because the Play Store does not list it in many regions. Android will request permission to install apps from this source. The warning is generic and appears for every app outside the store. Our APK install guide walks through the installation step by step.

IPhone owners use the browser version, which works without installation. Games and features are the same whichever way you play.

Technical tips

Current smartphones run every title without trouble. Heavy slots take a little longer on older phones, but they still work. Keeping software up to date helps performance.

• Clearing the cache fixes most display problems
• Keep enough battery for long sessions
• Free up memory by closing background apps
• Landscape works, and many slots look better that way
• Stream live games over Wi-Fi where possible

Regular slots consume little data compared with live video. With a limited data plan, leave live games for Wi-Fi. If a connection drops in the middle of a round, the result is normally saved on the server and shown when you reconnect.

Banking from your phone

Deposits and withdrawals work exactly as on desktop. Players in Pakistan can pay on the phone with Bank Transfer, Sadapay, Upaisa, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, iCash. One, JetonBank and Cashmall. Many methods redirect you to your payment app for approval. The full list of methods is in the guide to deposit methods.

Your ID go up in seconds with the phone camera. Good light, sharp focus and all four edges visible save you a second request. The team is reachable 24/7 through live chat, email and phone, with a chat sized for mobile. Our customer support guide compares chat, email and the help centre.

Claiming offers on a phone

Mobile players get the same 100% up to PKR 163,000 + 50 free spins welcome package. The bonus counter is available on mobile too.

Safety on mobile

Use the official domain only. Never download the app from third-party stores or links shared in chats. Bookmark the correct address to avoid look-alike sites. How to recognise the real address is explained in our guide to the official site.

Do not save your password on shared devices. A second login step adds protection where available. Protect the device itself with a screen lock.

Free public networks can expose your data. Switch to mobile data for deposits and withdrawals. The casino will never ask for your password by message, phone call or email, so report it to support at once. If you lose your phone, change your password from another device as soon as possible.

Phone habits

Having the casino in your pocket, which makes limits all the more useful. Session reminders keep the time in view. Daily and weekly caps work in the mobile account too.

Disable push messages if they pull you back too often. Play only from 18, whatever screen you use. Do not gamble on the way to work or late at night out of boredom. Breaks and self-exclusion are in the mobile menu as well. When play becomes a reflex, remove the shortcut or app for a while. Free, confidential help is also available from independent organisations.
